The UK
HSMP Visa (Highly Skilled Migrant Programme)is designed to allow highly skilled people to migrate to the United Kingdom to look for work or self-employment opportunities. The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme was made available to more people as the qualifying score was lowered to
65 points.
The scheme now has a new assessment for applicants aged under 28 as well as an assessment for those 28 and over.
Those
under 28 years of age at the time of application are awarded 5 points towards their HSMP visa application simply for being under 28. Also, they do not need to prove as much work experience or earnings to qualify for the Highly Skilled Migrant Program.
The HSMP Highly Skilled Migrant Programme is different from the work permit scheme because you do not need a specific job offer in the UK to apply.
It is different from business routes such as the Innovators scheme or other business categories because you do not need a detailed business plan; you do not need to create jobs; and you do not need to invest in the UK.
All HSMP Applications will be sent to
UK Home Office through Allad Limited, Uk (Home Office and OISC approved company), if application approve,
HSMP Approval letter will be sent to applicant within 15 days. After getting Approval letter, applicant should apply for a special HSMP Visa at
British High Commission of his own country WITHIN 3 months. After this period,
HSMP Approval letter will be declined. If visa issued, you will be allowed with your family (Wife/Husband + kids younger than 18 years) to proceed to UK on
special HSMP Visa. Initially a 12 months visa will be issued. After 12 months, applicant will have to submit extension application to HSMP Office in UK with required proofs. If approved, he / she will be allowed & visa will be extended for further 3 years. In 5th year, extension application should be made again & if approved, applicant will be given permanent settlement (UK Passport).
